What makes Controll® Innerseal different?
Controll® Innerseal isn’t just a surface sealer — it penetrates deep into concrete and brick to form a permanent, invisible crystalline barrier that blocks moisture from within. Unlike coatings that peel or wear off, Innerseal seals the internal pore structure without changing the look or feel of the surface. It protects against water ingress, frost damage, corrosion, and condensation — all while allowing vapour to escape, keeping your structure dry and healthy. Safe, breathable, and built to last, Innerseal delivers industrial-grade protection for homes, garages, basements, and beyond.

Simple DYI Application
Concrete Walls (e.g., Leca Walls, Block Walls, Exterior Decorative Walls)
Garage Floors, Carports, Basements, Balconies, Verandas, and Decking
Innerseal is applied by “flooding” the concrete surface, keeping it thoroughly wet for about 1 hour. The product is poured out and distributed using a soft broom or squeegee, ensuring even coverage, especially in areas with higher absorption. Afterward, the surface is rinsed thoroughly with water, excess product is removed with a rubber squeegee, and it’s left to dry overnight.
