Shipping Terms

Orders are dispatched every weekday. Typically, customers receive their package within 1-3 business days after placing an order. During peak seasons or special circumstances, delivery times may be slightly longer. 

Payment Terms
For private customers, an invoice will be included with the package and/or sent via email upon order confirmation. The standard payment term is 14 days from the invoice date.

All prices include VAT.

Returns Policy
All returns must be approved in advance by contacting us.

Returned products must be sent back in their original packaging, unopened and unused.

Special order items cannot be returned.
