TECHNISCHE UNIVERSITÄT MÜNCHEN
The Technical University of Munich tested the ability of Betongtett and Murfinish to prevent water absorption in brick.

IMASALAB – QUALITY-ASSURED PRODUCTION
Imasalab tested the pH level in treated concrete and observed a significant increase from 8.8 to 10.1. An increase of this magnitude is crucial for preventing reinforcement corrosion and may indicate that rehabilitation, rather than demolition, is a viable alternative.
The test also highlights that preventive maintenance with Betongtett is not only important but also highly cost-effective.
